Opinion

HARRIS, C., Senior Judge.

Because of the inability of the court reporter to transcribe the trial proceedings, the testimony of some witnesses is either missing or incomplete and because the trial judge has determined that the record cannot be reconstructed, we reverse for a new trial.

REVERSED.

GRIFFIN and PLEUS, JJ., concur.
