In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise is similar in all material respects to that the subject of E. J. Petro-semolo Co., Inc., and Parian Shipping Co., Inc. v. United States (29 Cust. Ct. 159, C. D. 1461), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
