ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to Appellee’s confession of error, the trial court’s March 9, 2015 Order Granting Motion for Final Summary Judgment and April 28, 2015 Final Judgment of Dismissal with Prejudice are reversed, and this cause is remanded to the trial court.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
