Opinion

Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously, modified by granting the motion to strike items 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 22, 23 and 25 from defendants’ demand for a. bill of particulars, and as so modified affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. Bill of particulars to be served within ten days after service of the order, with notice of entry thereof. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., Townley, Glennon, Cohn and Peck, JJ.
