Opinion

PER CURIAM.

After argument of counsel and study of the record of evidence, we feel there was ample basis for the Commissioner’s order and find no abuse of his discretion.1 Therefore the order appealed is affirmed.

RAWLS, C. J., and CARROLL, DONALD K., and JOHNSON, JJ., concur.
