An appeal from a judgment entered in the Office of the Clerk of Sullivan County July 1, 1946, for the sum of $609.20, upon the verdict [860]*860rendered by a jury in favor of plaintiff. The evidence presented a question of fact and credibility. The verdict is sustained by the evidence. Judgment and order appealed from affirmed, with costs. All concur.
