Opinion
Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict of the jury, to the effect that the stone which fell upon the plaintiff fell from the topmost face of the quarry, was against the clear weight of evidence. Jenks, P. J., Thomas, Can-, Stapleton and Putnam, JJ., concurred.
