Taylor, Judge

The.rule is to give time to file exceptions at any time during the lei m, v/hen 'the report comes in during the term ; and this extends to the last .day of the term, though the court should rise sooner. The court upon a proper application, will enlarge the time for filing exception® even beyond the term ; but I do not see iu the present case but that the time already allowed is sufficient»
