The Appellate Division correctly determined that legally sufficient evidence supported the jury's finding that defendant had constructive notice of the alleged defect. Chief Judge DiFiore and Judges Pigott, Rivera, Stein, Fahey and Garcia concur. Judge Abdus-Salaam took no part.
