Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Genesee County (Eric R. Adams, J.), entered August 8, 2005 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order denied the motion to resettle an order entered March 29, 2002.

It is hereby ordered that said appeal be and the same hereby is unanimously dismissed without costs (see Gifaldi v Dumont Co., 172 AD2d 1025, 1026 [1991]). Present—Gorski, J.P., Martoche, Smith, Green and Pine, JJ.
