Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The decision in this case is affirmed upon the opinions of Board of General Appraisers (G. A. 5,30(5. T. D. 24,806: G. A. 5,592, T.. D. 25,035), and of the Circuit Court (140 Fed. 648), except in Ihe respects pointed out in assignments of error Nos. 21 and 22. We find these assignments to be well taken, and judgment should be modified accordingly.
