Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellant and four other juveniles were charged with burglary of a structure and criminal mischief. The issue raised by appellant is identical to the issues raised by his cohorts in E.C. v. State, 841 So.2d 604 (Fla. 4th DCA 2003), and M.W. v. State, 841 So.2d 607(Fla. 4th DCA 2003), in which we reversed. We therefore reverse the denial of suppression in this case as well.

POLEN, C.J., KLEIN and GROSS, JJ., concur.
