Judgment reversed and n.ew trial ordered, with costs to abide event, on the ground that the chief issue raised by the pleadings and litigated upon the trial was whether the conveyance and transfer attacked were fraudulent and void, and made to hinder and delay the creditors of George W. Copley, and that issue has been substantially ignored by the referee. All concurred.
