This was an action of assumpsit brought by tbe ap-pellee against tbe appellants, and counted upon tbe common counts, seeking • to ■ recover for services rendered and supplies furnished defendants by tbe plaintiff. ' ■ • •

The cause was tried by tbe court without tbe intervention of a jury.'' There' w’ére- verdict and judgment for the plaintiff. From this judgment tbe defendants appeal.

Tbe judgment is affirmed.
