By tho act of 1823, chap. 194, passed 19th February, 1824, it is enacted, “That on all judgments hereafter to be rendered in any county court, or by any justice of the peace, or in the Court of Appeals, a fieri facias or capias ad satisfaciendum may issue at any time within three years from the date of such judgments.
