It is ordered that the writ of review issue; that the Court of Appeal send up the record in duplicate of the case; and that counsel for plaintiff and defendant he notified.

McCALEB, and BARHAM, JJ., are of the opinion the writ should he denied since it presents only questions of fact adversely decided to relator by both the trial and appellate court.
