4 v. g U-Haul International, Inc., et al., Defendants. 9 10 The Court previously screened Plaintiff's complaint, dismissed Plaintiff's complaint 11 | without prejudice, and ordered Plaintiff to file an amended complaint (if he so chose). See ECF 12 | No. 16. Plaintiff was given until January 31, 2022 to amend his complaint. /d. The Court advised 13 || Plaintiff that if he did not file an amended complaint by this date, the Court would recommend 14 | that this case be dismissed. Jd. Plaintiff did not file an amended complaint or otherwise respond to 15 || this Court’s order. Accordingly, it appears Plaintiff abandoned his case. 16 IT IS THEREFORE RECOMMENDED that Plaintiffs case be dismissed without 17 prejudice and this case closed. 19 This report and recommendation is submitted to the United States district judge assigned 20 |] to this case under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1).
