FRUGÉ, Judge.

The facts and issues of this appeal have been discussed in the companion case of Bennett et ux. v. Traders & General Insur[397]*397ance Company et al., 170 So.2d 392. For the reasons there set forth the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Cost of this appeal shall be borne by plaintiff.

Affirmed.
