Suit for salary; veterans’ preference. On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $15,471.65. See Mendez v. United States, 119 C. Cls. 345, Green v. United States, 124 C. Cls. 186, and O'Brien v. United States, 124 C. Cls. 655.
