Pursuant to Rule 42(b) of the Hawaii Rules of Appellate Procedure (Stipulation), filed February 27, 2024, by Plaintiff-Appellant Peter Muller, the papers in support, and the record, it appears that (1) the appeal has been docketed; (2) the parties stipulate to dismiss the appeal with prejudice, under Hawai i Rules of Appellate Procedure Rule 42(b), and each party shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs on appeal; and (3) the Stipulation is dated and signed by counsel for all parties appearing in the appeal.
