M.T. v. D.K.

941 So. 2d 1199, 2006 Fla. App. LEXIS 19305, 2006 WL 3327675
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided November 13, 2006·No. No. 5D06-1057·Published

Opinion

PALMER, J.

M.T. (mother) appeals the trial court’s order terminating her parental rights to her three minor children. Our review of the record reveals support for the trial court’s finding that clear and convincing evidence was submitted that M.T. failed to substantially comply for a period of twelve months with the case plan in effect at the time of the trial. Accordingly, we affirm the trial court’s termination order.

AFFIRMED.

THOMPSON and LAWSON, JJ., concur.
