Opinion

— Order of the County Court of Westchester county reversed on the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with ten dollars costs. In our opinion, the defendant’s affidavit is insufficient to show any fact which entitles her to defend this action. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
