LOTTINGER, Judge.

This case was consolidated with the case of Camille T. Rawls, wife of Bennett R. Rawls et al. v. J & M Poultry, Inc. [343]*343D/B/A Baton Rouge Broiler Farms, et al, No. 9136 on appeal.

For the reasons this day assigned in case No. 9136, La.App., 273 So.2d 340, the judgment of the Lower Court is hereby affirmed at appellant’s costs.

Judgment affirmed.
