AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

McMILLAN, Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Motley, 534 So.2d 564 (Ala.1988), this cause is remanded to the trial court for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
