Opinion

Order reversed and motion denied, upon the ground that the complaint and affidavits in support of plaintiff’s application do not disclose any reasonable ground for commencement of the present action, and there is no probability that plaintiff will succeed in establishing her charges against defendant. Present — Finch, P. J., Merrell, McAvoy, Martin and Sherman, JJ.
