In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise covered by the foregoing protest consists of woven fabrics in the piece with fibers wholly of silk similar in all material respects to those the subject of Pongees Corp. et al. v. United States (44 Cust. Ct. 496, Abstract 64266), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
