Plaintiff, an assistant supervisor in the Department of Labor, on an official visit of inspection of premises controlled by the defendants, received physical injuries due to the negligence of one of defendants’ employees. Judgment on verdict for plaintiff and order denying motion for a new trial unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Davis, JJ.
