Supreme Court of Alabama·Decided August 21, 1981·No. No 80-712·Published·Cited by 4 cases

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Petition for writ of certiorari denied. In declining to issue the writ, we emphasize that the only appropriate issue presented for review on appeal to the circuit court of a Rule 60(b), ARCP, order is the propriety vel non of the district court’s ruling granting or denying the Rule 60(b) motion.

WRIT DENIED.

TORBERT, C. J., and MADDOX, JONES, SHORES and BEATTY, JJ., concur.
