ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to the confession of error filed by Appellee, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, the trial court’s October 31, 2013 Final Judgment of Foreclosure is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
