Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Richard Morissette appeals the partial summary final judgment entered on one count of his interrelated multi-count complaint. We dismiss this appeal on the authority of Mendez v. West Flagler Family Ass’n, Inc., 303 So.2d 1 (Fla.1974) and S.L.T. Warehouse Co. v. Webb, 304 So.2d 97 (Fla.1974). “[PJiecemeal appeals should not be permitted where claims are legally interrelated and in substance involve the same transaction.” Mendez, 303 So.2d at 5.
