Opinion

PER CURIAM:

This claim was submitted for decision based upon the allegations in the Notice of Claim and respondent’s Answer.

Claimant seeks $1,543.04 for back wages allegedly due her based upon an incorrect job classification. Respondent, in its Answer, denies that claimant is due $1,543.04, but admits that claimant is due $766.00. Claimant has agreed to accept $766.00 in full settlement of her claim. The Court, therefore, makes an award to claimant in the amount of $766.00.

Award of $766.00.
