Opinion
— The act requires that the justice enter on his docket, as part of the record in the cause, the report of referees; the correct way is to enter the report at large. [499]*499It is not necessary now to determine whether, in ease the justice enters the substance of the report, it is sufficient, for in the present case he has not entered the report at all.
Judgment reversed.
