Opinion
Eliseo Moreno appeals an order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission. We conclude that the commission’s ruling on the overpayment issue is correct and in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 443.151(6)(b), Florida Statutes (2001). As there is no legal error in the order now before us, the order is affirmed.
