Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Certiorari is granted. The order of the respondent refusing to issue to the petitioner a pest control operator’s certificate in the category of lawn and ornamental pest control pursuant to F.S.A. § 482.221 is quashed. The cause is remanded to the respondent with directions to reconsider petitioner’s application according to the provisions of F.S.A. § 120.26.
