Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed as untimely. We decline petitioner’s suggestion that we treat the petition as seeking prohibition relief. See Campbell v. Lungstrum, 732 So.2d 437 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999).

VAN NORTWICK, ROBERTS, and CLARK, JJ., concur.
