Opinion
Appellant was convicted in the district court of Henderson county of selling intoxicating liquor, and his punishment fixed at one year in the penitentiary. The record is before us without statement of facts or bills of exception. The indictment correctly set forth a violation of the law, and the charge of the court was in conformity therewith. No error appearing, an affirmance will be ordered.
