This appeal from the order denying appellant’s fifth successive motion for relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule I, F.S.A. ch. 924 Appendix, is affirmed upon authority of Manning v. State, Fla.App.1964, 167 So.2d 616.
Affirmed.
