Alleging that they had been charged usurious rates of interest by Richardson Savings and Loan Association, W. L. Moore, Jr. and G. W. Maguire brought this action to recover the penalties allowed by Tex. Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5069-1.06.
