Opinion

Ronnie Edward Moore ("Plaintiff") appeals an order granting summary judgment in favor of Priscilla Ann McKenzie ("Defendant"). Plaintiff contends that the trial court erred by concluding that there was no genuine issue of material fact as to whether Plaintiff's mother and stepfather entered into a mutual will. After careful review, we affirm the trial court's order.

AFFIRMED.
