For the reasons found in the companion case rendered this date under the caption number 98-749, Joe Don Touchet, et al. v. Baker Hughes Inc., et al. (La.App. 3 Cir. 2/3/99); 737 So.2d 821, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to the appellant.

AFFIRMED.
