Opinion

Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when struck by defendant’s trolley car. Judgment reversed on the law and the facts, with costs, and the complaint dismissed on the law, with costs. Plaintiff failed to establish any negligence on the part of the defendant or her own freedom from contributory negligence. Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Adel, Aldrich and Nolan, JJ., concur.
