PER CURIAM.

Paolo Montecchi appeals an adverse summary final judgment. As to the claim for collision damage, we conclude that the trial court correctly construed the insurance policy. As to the claim for personal injury protection benefits, we affirm on authority of Obando v. Fortune Insurance Co., 563 So.2d 116, 117 (Fla. 3d DCA 1990); see also Fernandez v. South Carolina Ins. Co., 408 So.2d 753, 755 (Fla. 3d DCA), review denied, 417 So.2d 329 (Fla.1982).

Affirmed.
