For tbe reasons given in tbe case of J. T. Shuts v. City of Monroe and James McNeely, City Tax Collector, tbe judgment of tbe court below dissolving tbe restraining order against tbe city of Monroe and James McNeely, city tax collector, and refusing a permanent restraining order or injunction, and dismissing plaintiff’s action, was correct, and tbe judgment rendered in tbe above case is hereby

Affirmed.
