In an action on agreements of guarantee of indebtednesses, the appeals are from an order denying the motion of each party for summary judgment. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Ughetta, Hallinan and ICleinfeld, JJ., concur.
