Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The issue before us on appeal is whether the Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC) erred in awarding Appellee benefits for psychiatric treatment under section 440.09(1), Florida Statutes. Appellee concedes that the JCC erred, in awarding such benefits. Thus, the portion of the order awarding the above mentioned benefits is vacated. The order otherwise is affirmed without comment.

BOOTH, BENTON and VAN NORTWICK, JJ., concur.
