Conviction for selling intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary.
The record is before us without bills of exception or statement of facts. The indictment correctly charges the offense, to which [1118]*1118appellant pleaded guilty. The judgment and sentence are in conformity with law.
No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
