Motion to dismiss appeal granted, without costs, unless appellant perfects appeal, files and serves record and brief on or before December 15, 1954, and is ready for argument at the January, 1955, term of this court, in which event the motion is denied. Attention is called to rules 21 and 22 of this court, as recently amended. Present — Foster, P. J., Coon, Halpern, Imrie and Zeller, JJ.
