LAND, J.

For the reasons assigned in the opinion in the case of Joseph Jackson v. Edwin P. Brady, No. 21220, 73 South. 850, ante, p. 746, this day handed down:

It is ordered that the judgment appealed from in this case be reversed, and. it is now ordered that plaintiff’s suit be dismissed, with costs in both courts.
