PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of appellant’s response to the Court’s order of August 1, 2013, the Court has determined that it lacks jurisdiction in this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Appellee’s Motion to Dismiss, filed on July 24, 2013, is denied.
