Opinions

PER CURIAM.

This is the second appeal of this case. See Mobile, Ala.-Pensacola, Fla. Building [965] and Construction Trades Council et al. v. Williams et al., 331 So.2d 647 (Ala.1976).

Because we hold that the order of the trial Court is in full and exact compliance with our mandate on reversal and remand of this cause in the first appeal, we affirm summarily.

AFFIRMED.

TORBERT, C. J., and BLOODWORTH, MADDOX, JONES, ALMON, SHORES, EMBRY and BEATTY, JJ., concur. FAULKNER, J., dissents.
